Businessman wins $250,000 in Va. Lottery

David Miller, a 71-year-old city native, won $250,000 using a $5 ticket — on which the lottery machine selected the numbers — he bought in the 7-Eleven convenience store at 3158 Valley Pike (U.S. 11).
