A worker walks by a portrait of legendary country singer Patsy Cline on the wall of the old Taylor Hotel building in downtown Winchester Thursday. Parts of the building — including the section with Cline’s portrait — are being razed as part of a $1.18 million first phase of a revitalization project. Cline was a local native.
