City grand jury hands up indictments

WINCHESTER — The following people were indicted by the grand jury of Winchester at its August session:

Anna M. Albecker, 25, of the 2600 block of Stonegate Drive, Winchester, for driving under the influence — a second offense in five years — refusal of tests and assault and battery on a law enforcement officer on April 15.

Darlene M. Bryant, 44, of the first block of Bellview Avenue, Winchester, for concealment on June 13.

Jasmine K. Dorsey, 19, of the 600 block of North Loudoun Street, Winchester, for possession of marijuana on April 4.

Andrea L. Dunn, 23, of the 500 block of North Loudoun Street, Winchester, for three counts of obtaining drugs by fraud on April 5, March 5 and Feb. 6.

Juan D. Garcia Andrade, 20, of Winchester, for destruction of property and possession of cocaine on April 22.

Christine R. Grove, 31, of the 2700 block of Northwestern Pike, Winchester, for concealment and conspiring to commit concealment on June 9.

Kyle D. Hamil, 25, of the 500 block of South Kent Street, Winchester, for possession of heroin on Jan. 18.

Erin E. Harris, 29, of the 500 block of South Kent Street, Winchester, for conspiring to commit concealment and two counts of concealment on March 2 and June 9.

Lionel R. Harris, 28, of the 500 block of Smithfield Avenue, Winchester, for conspiring to commit concealment and two counts of concealment on March 2 and June 9.

Matthew M. Hoenig, 30, of the 1100 block of Woodland Avenue, Winchester, for possession of heroin on April 25.

Jeremy B. Jones, 37, of the 300 block of Loudoun Street, Winchester, for two counts of distribution of marijuana on Sept. 13 and 19, 2012.

Annie A. Kaminsky, 41, of the 100 block of Pete McCoy Lane, Berkeley Springs, W.Va., for shoplifting on March 29.

Michael W. Lindamood, 41, of the 800 block of Newtown Court, Stephens City, for driving under the influence — a third offense in 10 years — driving without headlights, driving on a suspended license and refusal of tests.

Jorge Martinez Toto, 25, of the 2500 block of Wilson Boulevard, Winchester, for three counts of distribution of cocaine on Jan. 17, Feb. 27 and March 15.

Amber M. McCain, 21, of the 100 block of Stephenson Road, Stephenson, for concealment, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and trespassing on March 26.

Russell J. Owens, 25, of the 2600 block of Valley Avenue, Winchester, for two counts of trespassing and two counts of concealment on May 13 and May 14.

Anthony D. Patton, 33, of the 300 block of 6th Street, Grottoes, for possession of heroin on May 9.

John N. Robinson, 27, of the 900 block of North Braddock Street, Winchester, for two counts of distribution of cocaine on Feb. 21 and March 7.

Robert M. Shank Jr., 20, of the first block of West Hart Street, Winchester, for possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana, grand larceny, receiving stolen property and obtaining money by false pretenses on March 29 and between Feb. 1 and April 1.

Jeremie W. Simpson, 29, of the 100 block of Candlewick Drive, Winchester, for grand larceny on March 21.

Cody A. Smallwood, 20, of the 500 block of East Main Street, Front Royal, for no insurance, eluding, driving under the influence, resisting arrest, carrying a concealed weapon and failing to yield to the right-of-way on April 27.

James M. Thall, 38, of the 300 block of Opequon Avenue, Winchester, for defrauding an innkeeper, five counts of credit card forgery and nine counts of credit card fraud on June 6, 28, 29 and 30.

Nathan G. Tomberlin, 24, of the 300 block of Waterford Lane, Winchester, for two counts of distribution of marijuana on Oct. 5 and Nov. 9, 2012.

Aaron A. Virgo, 24, of the first block of Declaration Drive, Inwood, W.Va., for concealment, destruction of property and breaking and entering on June 10, 2013, and Dec. 28, 2012.

Trent M. Williams, 31, of the 200 block of Brunswick Road, Stephens City, for distribution of cocaine on April 4.
