Clarke indictments handed up for month

BERRYVILLE — The following people were indicted by the grand jury of Clarke County at its January session:

Vicki Lynn Clough, 42, of the 200 block of Bradford Lane, Boyce, for discharge of a firearm within a building or dwelling house occupied by one or more persons in such a manner as to endanger the life or lives of such person or persons on Aug. 28.

Heather Dawn Junkins, 32, of the 100 block of Cheshire Court, Winchester, for two counts of embezzlement between Oct. 23, 2011, and Oct. 22, 2012.

Stephen Brent Junkins, 40, of the 100 block of Cheshire Court, Winchester, for two counts of embezzlement between Oct. 23, 2011, and Oct. 22, 2012.

Branden R. Larrick, 18, of the 100 block of South Wadesville Road, Buelle, for grand larceny of a motor vehicle on July 16.

Mark Allen Marsh, 55, of the 100 block of Averell Avenue, Winchester, for possession of cocaine on Oct. 19.

Stephen Dwayne Middleton, 45, of Winchester, for two counts of breaking and entering, one count of petty larceny, one count of grand larceny, one count of stealing two firearms and one count of possession of a firearm by convicted felon on Oct. 11.

Elizabeth Anne Obrien, 54, of the 24000 block of Slidell, Clarksburg, Md., for possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and driving while under the influence on April 24.

William “Billy” Walker, 33, of the 1500 block of Hill Cross Road, Charlotte Court House, for grand larceny on Feb. 6, 2006.

James Douglas Woodward, 29, of the 16100 Tiffany Lane, Haymarket, for grand larceny on Aug. 30.
