‘Faraway Places’ exhibit

Bloomin’ Wine Fest
The United Bank Bloomin’ Wine Fest will kick off the 86th Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival from 3 to 10 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday in Winchester.
One-day admission is $15 in advance through today and $20 at the gate. Two-day admission is $30. A non-drinking garden pass is $5.

Clarke County Community Band will present a spring pops concert at 7 p.m. Friday at Johnson-Williams Middle School, 200 Swan Ave., Berryville.
Rummage, baked goods sale

Art at the Mill

The four-hour shopping event is a fundraiser for participating organizations that sell $5 tickets to their supporters.

Kids fishing rodeo
The annual free kids fishing rodeo will be held Saturday for kids ages 1 to 15 years with a secure area for special needs children.
Registration is from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Izaak Walton Park, U.S. 50 east, and fishing will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. with free lunch for all children. Prizes awarded at 3:30 p.m.
Parents or legal guardian must accompany children.
