Johnson-Williams School reunion
A reunion for all students who attended Johnson-Williams School in Berryville will be held July 6-7, including a dinner dance ($40) at the Best Western Lee-Jackson in Winchester.

Salvation Army volunteers
The Salvation Army needs volunteers to serve meals during the Summer Feeding Program, unload merchandise from trucks at the thrift store, cook and serve meals at the shelter, organize groceries in the pantry and to perform general maintenance and cleaning, lawn and landscape care, and general office duties at 300 Fort Collier Road north of Winchester.

The Blue Ridge Democratic Women Committee will award two $500 scholarships this year, honoring longtime Democrat and business leader Damaris Omps Whitacre.

Duct tape donations
Special Love’s Camp Fantastic, scheduled for Aug. 11-17, needs donattions of rolls of duct tape for campers to use in craft classes.
Special Love is a nonprofit organization that supports children with cancer and their families by providing free, year-round camps.

Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for Humanity of Winchester-Frederick County is seeking volunteer groups and individuals to help build a home near downtown Winchester.
No skills are necessary. Build days are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 7:45 a.m. to 3 p.m.
