Phil Loving, treasurer of the Kiwanis Club of Strasburg, unloads one of the 20 bags of highway trash collected in a joint community service project with the Kiwanis Club of Old Town, Winchester. Dick Bowers  Duplicate Bridge

The Dick Bowers Duplicate Bridge Club holds regular games at 7 p.m. Mondays and 12:30 p.m. Tuesdays in the Godfrey Miller Fellowship Center at 28 S. Loudoun St., Winchester, and the second and fourth Saturdays at Westminster-Canterbury. New players are welcome.

April 13 North/South winners were Robert and Ilonka Mcneill, first, and Della Bates and Kathryn Perry-Werner, second. East/West winners were George Caley and Milan Majarov, first, and Theraporn and Michael Clark, second.

April 15 North/South winners were Dagmar Loose and Mark Sonder, first. Tied for second and third were Lynn Welsh and Ralph Cate and Della Bates and Kathryn Perry-Werner. East/West winners were Sam Link and Betsy Fath, first, and Larry and Irene Graham, second.
