WINCHESTER — Marijuana, pills and drug paraphernalia were found in a county home after a search warrant was executed by Virginia State Police.

On Jan. 3, a special agent made a controlled buy of oxycodone pills from Justin Allen Shifflit, 22, at a residence on the 300 block of Ritter Road, according to a search warrant filed Monday in Frederick County Circuit Court.

The warrant was filed in relation to the offense of distributing oxycodone, which is a pain reliever.

Police recovered 13 pink pills, five white pills, 42 blue pills, four yellow pills, a gas mask bong, a bong pipe, two other pipes, a pill bottle, marijuana in a jacket, a knife, lighters, bags, plant material and scales from the house, according to the search warrant.

Money in the amount of $731 was also seized.

Sgt. F.L. Tyler did not know if charges were pending or have been filed against Shifflit.
