Grant offers major boost to families in Winchester

Mark H. Merrill, president and chief executive officer of Valley Health, which operates Winchester Medical Center, announced Friday that WMC has been awarded funding through the Virginia Department of Health’s Division of Child and Family Health that will enable Healthy Families Northern Shenandoah Valley to expand services in Winchester and Warren County.
