High water, low bridge
Debris is pushed up against the bridge on Sulphur Springs Road at the Frederick County-Clarke County line by the rain-swollen Opequon Creek Thursday. The road was closed while water covered the bridge. The area received about two inches of rain Wednesday. (Photo by Jeff Taylor/The Winchester Star)
