Indictments for November are handed up in Frederick
WINCHESTER — The following people were indicted by the grand jury of Frederick County at its November session:
Toney Lee Collins, 43, of the 100 block of Ash Hollow, Winchester, for possession of stolen property with the intent to sell or distribute and grand larceny on March 20.
Larry Junior Williams, 55, of the 800 block of Poorhouse Road, Winchester, for driving under the influence, a third or subsequent offense in five years, and refusal of tests on June 17.
Jennifer Rokuskova, 24, of the 800 block of Thomas Court, Winchester, for embezzlement from March 1, 2012, through April 18, 2012.
Ronald Edward Hicks, 36, of the 100 block of Lake Ridge Drive, Stephens City, for grand larceny between Jan. 10 and Sept. 11, 2012.
Jonathan Lee Dao, 27, of the 4300 block of Cub Run Road, Chantilly, for possession of heroin on Jan. 28.
Beverly Gwen Clark, 47, of the 1200 block of North Frederick Pike, Winchester, for selling or distributing Percocet on June 7.
Michael Paul Thomas, 29, of the 400 block of Antler Lane, Bunker Hill, W.Va., for eluding police and driving on a revoked license on May 22.
Danielle Nicole Orndorff, 26, of the 1000 block of Millwood Pike, Winchester, for possession of amphetamine on June 13.
Samuel Paul Harper, 20, of the 100 block of Crestleigh Drive, Winchester, for assault and battery on April 13.
Nicole Love Crandall, 33, of the 200 block of Rockface Road, Levels, W.Va., for embezzlement from May 14 through July 4.
Amanda Leigh Bennett, of the 100 block of Quicksburg Mill Lane, Quicksburg, for possession of heroin on Jan. 30.
Heather Marie Shinn, 29, of the 19100 block of Hidden Lane, Jeffersonton, for possession of cocaine on July 7.
Shawn Michael Webb, 39, of the 100 block of Amoco Lane, Winchester, for driving under the influence, a third or subsequent offense within five years, on June 16.
Steven Joseph Heiderscheidt, 32, of the 15400 block of Pine Green Lane, Montpelier, for possession of heroin, possession of controlled paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license on June 15.
Harold Nelson Orndorff III, 31, of the 100 block of Fairway Drive, Winchester, for possession of heroin on May 28.

Sidney Leroy Barr Jr., of the 2000 block of Front Royal Pike, Winchester, for breaking and entering and two counts of grand larceny on Sept. 4.
Stefanie Danielle Piccione, aka Stefanie Danielle Harden, of the 2600 block of Martinsburg Pike, Stephenson, for four counts of making a false statement to obtain credit and four counts of making a false statement to obtain welfare assistance between Nov. 7, 2009, and Dec. 3, 2012.
