Man charged with indecent exposure

WINCHESTER — A local man was arrested Thursday after allegedly exposing himself in a hotel hallway.

Ian Dwight Orndorff, 20, of the 100 block of North Euclid Avenue, is charged with indecent exposure. He appeared via video Friday in Winchester General District Court and was denied a reduced bond.

According to a jail official contacted Friday night, Orndorff had not posted a $2,000 secured bond and remained in the Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center.

City police spokeswoman Lauren Cummings said officers received a call at about 9:45 a.m. Thursday from an employee of the Hampton Inn at1204 Berryville Ave. The caller reported that a white man was exposing himself in a hallway.

A man matching his description was later located in Jim Barnett Park.

Officers arrested Orndorff at about 10:30 a.m.
