Robert L. Adams Jr., 32, of the 300 block of North Maple Avenue, Martinsburg, W.Va., for concealment on June 6.

Alicia J. Barton, 23, of the 2100 block of Stoneleigh Drive, Winchester, for shoplifting on Sept. 23.

Brian P. Beach, 26, of the 100 block of West Monmouth Street, Winchester, for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute on July 3.

Vincent T. Beatty, 21, of the first block of Jigsaw Place, Winchester, for malicious wounding and obstruction of justice on Aug. 17.

Leron A. Bernard, 25, of the 100 block of 18th Street, Front Royal, for possession of cocaine on March 23.

Vincent I. Borders-Forte, 23, of the 900 block of Woodland Avenue, Winchester, for possession of heroin, possession of marijuana and distribution of heroin on Nov. 20.

Hundel Ganthier, 34, of the 8500 block of Greenbelt Road, Greenbelt, Md., for breaking and entering at night while armed with a deadly weapon, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and three counts of abduction on April 21.
