Arthur Bragg of Clearbrook bought this poster advertising the Winchester Fair at a local auction. The 1913 fair was the 44th year for the fall event held at the old fairgrounds off North Loudoun Street, between Commerce Street and Jackson Avenue. The Shenandoah Valley Agricultural Society sponsored the fair. Its most popular feature was the horse racing.
