Attach the back row of cones first, going all the way around the circle and folding under or cutting the bottoms, depending on how far you want them to reach out.
On the second and subsequent rows, fold or cut the tips so they will lay slightly shorter than the back row, with about one inch of the bottom attached to the foam.
To make a cone, fold the left top corner of the book page down, curling it inward. Still holding that corner, take the bottom right corner and bring it over and around the left side.

Winchester — Book lovers, you might want to brace yourself or avert your eyes now.

A book had to die to make this spring wreath. To be fair, it was an outdated dictionary that was about to be tossed…
