The Patsy Cline bell tower is located near the southeast corner of Shenandoah Memorial Park, south of Winchester. A sound system was added to the tower in 2004 and used to play a song at 6 p.m. daily. The system stopped working after about 2 years because of weather conditions. This plaque is at the base of the Patsy Cline bell tower in Shenandoah Memorial Park. The 40-foot bronze bell tower was dedicated in 1987.
