Patsy Cline Historic House opens for 2013 season
Judy Sue Huyett-Kempf, director of the Patsy Cline Historic House, shows a quilt, handmade by Patsy Cline's cousin, Patricia P. Brannon of Frederick County. It includes a small piece of a handkerchief owned by the late country singer and doilies from the singer’s mother, Hilda Hensley. The house at 608 S. Kent St., Winchester, opens Tuesday for the 2013 season. The quilt will be raffled off. Chances will sell for $5 each or 3 for $10. Call 540-662-5555. (Photo by Ginger Perry/The Winchester Star)
