Employees of Patton’s Masonry in Edinburg work on the exterior of the new public restroom that is part of the infrastructure improvement project on the Loudoun Street Mall on Wednesday. Construction on the $7.1 million project began Jan. 2 and is scheduled for substantial completion by April 30. Until then, crews will work six days a week, Monday through Saturday.
