Traffic moves along Amherst Street and the reconfigured Fox Drive intersection. James Wood Middle School is at right. Utility projects along Amherst Street and in the North End both wrapped up this month, meaning the construction equipment and traffic barriers that had clogged neighborhoods for so long were gone by Thanksgiving.
