WINCHESTER — The following people were indicted by the grand jury of Winchester at its September session:

Sergio Avendano-Lopez, 23, of the 200 block of Dairy Lane, Berryville, for three counts of forging a public record on April 13.

Philip M. Baggerly Jr., 29, for writing a bad check on Sept. 26.

Philip E. Chadwell, 23, of the 700 block of East King Street, Strasburg, for grand larceny, breaking and entering and destruction of property on May 15.

Trevor M. Davis, 19, of the 500 block of Branch Street, Strasburg, for concealment on July 22.

Spenser Diaz-Rivera, 22, of the 100 block of Twinbrook Circle, Winchester, for malicious wounding on May 12.

Jerry L. Dovell, 37, of Winchester, for concealment and possession of Oxycodone on Aug. 17.

Alberto Garcia-Nunez, 28, of the 300 block of Woodstock Lane, Winchester, for distribution of cocaine on May 30.

Jose A. Garcia-Sanchez, 39, of the 8600 block of Ashby Street, Marshall, for four counts of accessory before the fact of credit card fraud and one count of accessory before the fact of credit card theft on July 7.

Nathaniel C. Goodman, 30, of the 100 block of Woody’s Place, Winchester, for possession of heroin on June 14.

Taffare L. Hamrick, 18, for carnal knowledge on June 29 and 30.

Walter Henriquez-Sanchez, 27, of the 900 block of North Upton Street, Sterling, for four counts of credit card fraud and one count of credit card theft on July 7.

Darryl S. Jackson Jr., 22, of the 900 block of Woodland Avenue, Winchester, for identity theft on July 1, identity theft and receiving stolen property on May 31 and credit card fraud on May 20.

Matthew D. Jayne Sr., 26, of the 600 block of Smithfield Avenue, Winchester, for driving under the influence, a second offense in five years, on May 7.

Jason Light, 28, of the 200 block of South Braddock Street, Winchester, for petty larceny, breaking and entering and possession with the intent to distribute methadone on July 31.

Shquanebin W. Lone-Yannott, 26, for assault and battery and malicious wounding on June 10.

Gustavo E. Munoz-Argumedo, 19, of the 3900 block of Avon Court, Winchester, for giving a false report on June 10.

Joseph W. Odell, 44, of the 700 block of the South Cameron Street, Winchester, for malicious wounding on June 28.

Robert T. Peck, 51, of the 900 block of Opequon Avenue, Winchester, for concealment on July 28.

Jeremiah L. Thorne, 34, of the 100 block of West Virginia Avenue, Winchester, for two counts of destruction of property, two counts of breaking and entering and one count of grand larceny on Sept. 15.

Cortney M. Tully, 20, of the 100 block of Hunt Crest Circle, Winchester, for six counts of forgery and six counts of uttering between May 12 and 31.

Troy D. Shemansky, 28, of the 100 block of Donna Drive, Woodstock, for driving under the influence, three times in 10 years, and speeding on March 1.

Staci E. Seebold, 31, of the 100 block of Worthington Court, Stephens City, for credit card theft and credit card fraud on Sept. 9 and 18, 2010.

Miranda Velasquez, 19, of the 300 block of Avon Court, Winchester, for giving a false report on June 10.

Joshua A. Bowyer, 34, of the first block of Clearview Farm Lane, Kearneysville, W.Va., for possession of a firearm with drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of Oxycodone on March 8.

Nelson T. Milburn, 18, of the 2500 block of Wilson Boulevard, Winchester, for grand larceny of an automobile, failure to yield to the right of way, failure to wear a seat belt, operating a motor vehicle without a license, eluding police and possession of marijuana, a second or subsequent offense, on July 22.

Paula C. Schofield, 43, of the 1100 block of Wardclip Road, Charles Town, W.Va., for possession of morphine and possession of Oxycodone on Aug. 14.
