Smithsonian Institution scientist Kristopher Helgen has discovered dozens of living mammal species previously unknown to science by traveling to remote areas of the globe. He'll speak at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute in Front Royal during a free lecture that is the final talk in the Fall 2013 Community Lecture Series.
