United Way celebrates volunteers’ efforts

United Way of Northern Shenandoah Valley honored its volunteers Thursday night at an annual dinner meeting held at Lord Fairfax Community College in Middletown. Terry Sinclair and his wife, Diane Sinclair (right), were honored as Volunteer of the Year, and Emily Woznak, 18, was named Youth Volunteer of the Year.
