WINCHESTER — These people were indicted by a city grand jury at its November session:

Charles F. Adams III, 46, of the 200 block of Laurelwood Drive, Winchester, for attempting to disarm a law enforcement officer and assault and battery on a law enforcement officer on Aug. 12.

Janine M. Baxter, 35, of the 500 block of North Kent Street, Winchester, for unlawful entry and petty larceny, a third or subsequent offense, on Dec. 1.

Adam S. Booth, 21, of the 100 block of Longstreet Avenue, Winchester, for uttering and forgery on June 24.

Shana M. Brown, 23, of the 1800 block of Henry Avenue, Winchester, for trespassing, resisting arrest and assault and battery on a law enforcement officer on July 19.

David R. Burton, 34, of Winchester, for public intoxication and petty larceny on Sept. 27.

Ty L. Carper, 42, of the 3200 block of Valley Pike, Winchester, for possession of morphine on May 21.

Linda L. Carter, 49, of the 200 block of Millwood Avenue, Winchester, for concealment on Sept. 11.

Debra Chavez, 57, of the 5100 block of Goldsboro Drive, Hampton, for four counts of distribution of a controlled substance on July 30 and Aug. 7.

Michael S. Cunningham, 27, of the 200 block of Muse Drive, Winchester, for shoplifting and being an interdicted person on Oct. 18.

Dennis L. Davenport, 41, of the 300 block of Gray Avenue, Winchester, for driving under the influence and driving after being declared a habitual offender on Sept. 29.

Dapphanie C. Davis, 23, of the first block of Lady Slipper Court, Martinsburg, W.Va., for shoplifting, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and conspiring to commit concealment on Aug. 19.

Anthony C. Day, 51, of the 100 block of East Cork Street, Winchester, for three counts of distribution of cocaine on May 16, 22 and 23.

Melissa A. Dull, 38, of the 2500 block of Jackson River Road, Covington, for concealment on July 25.

Andrew J. Fields, 18, of the 300 block of East Cork Street, Winchester, for assault and battery on a law enforcement officer on April 23.

Ronald C. Fletcher, 44, of the first block of Glaize Avenue, Winchester, for possession of heroin and possession of a controlled substance on July 3.

Brian T. Funk, 35, of the 800 block of South Braddock Street, Winchester, for driving under the influence (third offense in 10 years), possession of marijuana, refusal of tests and driving with a suspended license on Oct. 7.

Joshua M. Holgate, 31, of the 1300 block of Whittier Avenue, Winchester, for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute on June 11.

James T. Howard, 48, of the 5100 block of Goldsboro Drive, Hampton, for five counts of distribution of a controlled substance on June 27, July 30 and Aug. 7.

Michael P. Hughes, 54, of the first block of East Monmouth Street, Winchester, for 10 counts of grand larceny between March 13 and May 17.

Juliette K. Jasinski, 32, of the 1200 block of Berryville Avenue, Winchester, for concealment on Sept. 26.
