Work continues on Taylor Hotel project

Crews began working Nov. 5 on the initial phase of the project at 119-129 N. Loudoun St. When that work wraps up in March, the Winchester Economic Development Authority (EDA) and private partner Taylor Pavilion LLC will begin the redevelopment of the property.
