Light Snow Likely This Afternoon; About an Inch Expected

Snow is on the way this afternoon, but the Winchester area isn't expected to see much.
Snow, mainly after 1 p.m with a high near 25. Chance of precipitation is 80%. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.
A chance of snow tonight before 8. Cloudy, with a low around 16. Chance of precipitation is 30%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
Areas east of the Blue Ridge, however, are under a WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY with snow accumulations of 1-2 inches. Much of it is expected to fall during the evening rush out of Washington and Northern Virginia.
