UPDATED FORECAST AND SNOWFALL MAPS 10:30 p.m.

WINTER STORM WARNING remains in effectuntil midnight Wednesday night.

Wet, heavy snow with accumulations of 10 to 15 inches, up to 20 possible along the ridges and in the Interstate 81 corridor.

Snow will continue through Wednesday and then taper off Wednesday evening. Snow will be heavy at times tonight and Wednesday with snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour possible.

Temperatures dropping into the upper 20s and lower 30s tonight. Lower 30s Wednesday.

Winds out of the northeast 15 to 25 mph. Gusts up to 35 mph Wednesday and Wednesday night.

Heavy wet snow and gusty winds will lead to numerous power outages and downed trees. Snow covered roads and poor visibilities in heavy snow will make driving extremely
dangerous.
