2 men arrested in alleged abduction at convenience store Thursday night

WINCHESTER – Following is the news release from the Winchester Police Department about an alleged abduction and the arrest of two men in the case.

On September 12, 2013 around 8 p.m. Winchester Police were called to the 600 block of Millwood Avenue for a reported abduction of an adult.  Officers were informed that two white males had gotten out of an older model white pickup truck, approached a male, assaulted him, and forced him into the truck.  The vehicle then left the area at a high rate of speed heading northbound on Pleasant Valley Road.  Officers located the vehicle in the 300 block of Wood Circle.  The victim, a 26 year-old male from Maurertown was found at a house on Wood Circle.  He was taken to Winchester Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. 
 
Two suspects were also located at this residence.  Ethan Harold Clark, 23, and Andy Lewis Ralston, Jr., 24, both of Spotsylvania, were arrested and charged with Abduction.  They were taken to the Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center.  The investigation into the incident is ongoing and further charges may be pending.
