The AARP tax assistance program, which opened this week, will be available from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. today and two other Saturdays, March 9 and March 23. Regular hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday at Jim Barnett Park. The service will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Feb. 16 at the Active Living Center in Chet Hobert Park, Berryville. It is free for senior citizens and low to moderate income taxpayers.
