The Top of Virginia Regional Chamber will host a Business after Hours from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Throx County Store at 1488 Senseny Road east of Winchester.
All chamber members and prospective members are welcome to attend. They should bring business cards for networking and door prizes.
The Top of Virginia Regional Chamber’s annual awards celebration is set for Jan. 25 at the Best Western Lee-Jackson in Winchester.
Informal networking, cocktails and dinner are on the agenda, as well as a silent auction.
The chamber will also salute its leadership as the 2013 board of directors is introduced and installed.
The highlight of the program will be the presentation of the awards for Small Business of the Year, Large Business of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year and Citizen of the Year.
The cost is $65 per person.
Chris Biggs has been selected as Home Instead Senior Care‘s CAREGiver of the month for January.
Biggs began working with Home Instead last April and has provided more than 1,643 hours of care.
Erik Erdal was the Long & Foster/Webber & Associates, Realtors top lister for December.
Susan Raburn was the firm’s top salesperson and top producer for the month.
Robyn Graves and Bill Askeware Success Mortgage’s top volume agents for December.
Ron Price was the firm’s top unit agent for the month.
Don Bush has joined Integrity Home Mortgage Corp.‘s team of loan officers.
He has worked in lcommunity banking for 39 years and has an extensive background in lending.
