Alpha Omega ESA
A Choctober Rushing event (chocolate desserts) will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the home of Pam Pampe, 333 Cottonwood Drive. The social will include a pledge ceremony for new members Joy Dovel and Ann Taylor.
The Winchester Host Lions Club will meet at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday at the Best Western Lee-Jackson.

Old Fredericktown Garden Club
Old Fredericktown Garden Club will meet Nov. 14 at the home of Louise Nelson. Co-host will be Jean Miller.
The program will be the club’s annual auction. Items must be in place by noon and the auction will begin at 1 p.m.
There was no meeting in October due to members going to the district meeting in Waynesboro.
Kiwanis Club of Winchester
The Kiwanis Club of Winchester will meet at noon today at the Best Western Lee-Jackson.
The speaker will be Lara Rimmel with the Guardian Angel Service Dogs.

Disabled Veterans Committee on Housing
John S. Lewandowski, US Army (retired), of the Disabled Veterans Committee on Housing, will speak to veterans on benefits and using the veterans centers in the area.
