EUGENE WAKEMAN GRAPES, 88, of Romney, W.Va., died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, at Hampshire Memorial Hospital.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Louise Shairman Grapes, and is survived by his second wife, Ruth Catherine Kesner Grapes.
