JEB ANTHONY ROBERTS, infant son of Timothy Alan Roberts and Rachael Noel Watkins, died Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church.

JOY THOMAS, 61, of Augusta, W.Va., died Feb. 1, 2013, at the University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville.
