Melanie Anne Barth, 35, of the 100 block of Wilkins Drive, Winchester, for unlawful entry on Aug. 15.

Zachary Beale, 42, of no fixed address, for petty larceny on Dec. 22.

Rebecca Lynn Carlyle, 37, of the 100 block of Wollaston Drive, Winchester, for seven counts of check forgery from July 1 to Aug. 31.

Kit Michael Corbin, 21, of the 300 block of Fair Lane, Winchester, for breaking and entering on Sept. 22.

Collin Winston Creamean, 21, of the 1600 block of Chestnut Grove Road, Winchester, for distribution of heroin on Oct. 3.

Darryl Sylvester Jackson Jr., 23, of the 900 block of Woodland Avenue, Winchester, for three counts of credit card fraud, one count of forgery, one count of breaking and entering and one count of grand larceny on June 14 and 23.

Shawn Bradley Parsons, 28, of the 800 block of Pheasant Drive, Winchester, for two counts of assault and battery of a law enforcement officer and public intoxication on Oct. 21.

Kirk Anthony Rush Sr., 46, of the 200 block of Liberty Avenue, Winchester, for grand larceny and petty larceny on Aug. 29.

Tammy Darlene Sine, 47, of the 200 block of Forest Lake Drive, Stephens City, for failure to appear on Jan. 24.

Jordan Benjamin Sanders, 18, of the 100 block of Hammock Lane, Winchester, for eluding police, reckless driving and driving with improper registration on Sept. 30.

Robert William Shackelford, 47, of the 600 block of Delight Drive, Gerrardstown, W.Va., for driving without a license, driving under the influence, eluding police and refusal of tests on July 3.

Kenneth Riley Stotler, 46, of the 1900 block of Martinsburg Pike, Winchester, for three counts of distribution of heroin, distribution of Oxycodone, possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of Oxycodone with intent to distribute, possession of Hydromorphone with intent to distribute, possession of heroin hydrochloride with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon from Feb. 10 to Feb. 24, 2012.
