February indictments handed up in Winchester

WINCHESTER — The following people were indicted by the grand jury of Winchester at its February session:

Benjamin Albright, 24, of the 1400 block of Koehler Drive, Morgantown, W.Va., for shoplifting on Nov. 20.

Heather E. Anderson, 25, of the first block of North Euclid Avenue, Winchester, for five counts of credit card forgery, two counts of attempted credit card fraud, one count of credit card fraud and one count of credit card theft on April 18.

Ryan Anderson, 27, of the 400 block of North Pleasant Valley Road, Winchester, for two counts of distributing heroin on Aug. 2 and 8.

Vickie Rae Apel, 45, of the 200 block of East Street, Winchester, for shoplifting on Nov. 17.

Zebulon M. Ashby, 24, of the 9600 block of Conde Road, Marshall, for eluding police and reckless driving on Nov. 10.

David Jeovany Ayala, 34, of the 1000 block of South Cameron Street, Winchester, for two counts of forging public records, driving with a revoked or suspended license and identity theft on Dec. 1.

Sonia Benitez Hernandez, 36, of the 2500 block of Wilson Boulevard, Winchester, for obtaining money by fraud, obtaining documents by fraud, possession of a fictitious ID, making a false statement to obtain credit and making a false statement to the state on Sept. 12.

Christopher Brian Berry, 33, of the 100 block of North Washington Street, Winchester, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on Nov. 29.

Jeffrey Bevans, 29, of the 100 block of Pembridge Drive, Winchester, for possession of heroin on June 20.

Bobby Allen Boone, 64, of the 1300 block of North Frederick Pike, Winchester, for driving after being declared a habitual offender on July 19.

Kayla Marie Booth, 19, of the 100 block of Lombard Lane, Bunker Hill, W.Va., for two counts of shoplifting on Aug. 24 and Sept. 4.

Kristin Ann Boyd, 23, of the 1300 block of Opequon Avenue, Winchester, for embezzlement on May 3.

Victor Duane Boyd, 55, of the 2000 block of Valley Avenue, Winchester, for possession of a controlled substance on April 2.

Rebecca Lynn Carlyle, 37, of the 100 block of Wollaston Drive, Winchester, for seven counts of forgery on July 1.

Stacey Lynn Cave, 44, of the 300 block of Hunting Ridge Road, Winchester, for four counts of distributing drugs, conspiracy to distribute drugs and possession of drugs with intent to distribute on Aug. 31 and Oct. 2.
