Frederick County Dec. indictments handed up

WINCHESTER — The following people were indicted by the grand jury of Frederick County at its December session:

Angela Nicole Gonzales, 30, of the 200 block of Ash Hollow Drive, Winchester, for grand larceny on Aug. 31.

Wade Edward Moore Jr., 19, of the 2000 block of Whitacre Road, Cross Junction, for grand larceny on Aug. 27.

Dustin Harris Smith, of the 100 block of Pembridge Drive, Winchester, for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, credit card theft and credit card fraud on Oct. 20.

Megan Aletha Warfield, 38, of the 300 block of Stuckey Court, Martinsburg, W.Va., for possession of heroin on April 19.

Alexander David Frank, 25, of the 800 block of Aylor Road, Stephens City, for possession of a controlled substance on June 12.

Joshua Michael Burke, 26, of the 600 block of West 11th Street, Front Royal, for a third or subsequent offense of petty larceny on Aug. 22.

Brian Lynn Cunningham, 32, of the 500 block of North Loudoun Street, Winchester, for a third or subsequent offense of petty larceny on Aug. 7.

Russell Clifton Gill, 56, of the 300 block of Idlewild Street, Middletown, for assault and battery of a law enforcement officer on Aug. 23.

Donald Patrick Stevenson, of the 800 block of Rue Rochelle, Slidell, La., for grand larceny on Oct. 3.

Richard Lynn Moore, of the first block of Buck’s Mill Road, Strasburg, for three counts of obtaining money by false pretenses from May 3 through May 31.

Maverick Shane Miller, 22, of the 1000 block of Front Royal Pike, Winchester, for breaking and entering and grand larceny on Aug. 5.

Keith Ellis Dodson, 33, of the 200 block of Randolph Avenue, Front Royal, for three counts of obtaining money under false pretenses from April 9 through April 20.

Amber Nicole St. Peter, address unknown, for grand larceny on Aug. 22.

Brandon William Wright, 30, of the 500 block of Orchard Dale Drive, Clear Brook, for possession of cocaine on March 11.

Rodney Allen Donald, of the 300 block of Moose Road, Berryville, for driving after being declared a habitual offender on Aug. 24.

Deanna Miller Triplett, 31, of the 200 block of Whispering Knolls Drive, Winchester, for breaking and entering and grand larceny on Aug. 5.

Christopher Stephen Hamman, 23, of the 100 block of Plainfield Drive, Winchester, for grand larceny on Nov. 19.

Michael James Martin, 43, of the 100 block of Fort Collier Road, Winchester, for leaving the work release program on Oct. 15.

Rockwell James Mills, of the 7700 block of Church Street, Middletown, for assault and battery and grand larceny on Aug. 26.

Luis Ortiz, 20, of the 500 block of East Main Street, Berryville, for two counts of credit card theft, grand larceny and robbery on Sept. 21.

Jennifer Lynn Osgood, 20, of the 100 block of Plainfield Drive, Winchester, for grand larceny on Nov. 19.

Ismael Antonio De Leon, aka Ismael Antonio DeLeon Santizo, 32, of the 100 block of Wilkins Lane, Winchester, for hit-and-run, destruction of property, six counts of assault and battery, violation of a protection order and two counts of reckless driving on Aug. 11 and 12.

Laura Lee Carver, 31, of the 400 block of Eckard Circle, Winchester, for credit card theft, six counts of credit card fraud, check fraud and uttering from May 2 through May 14.

Charles James Campbell, 50, of the 1900 block of Millwood Pike, Winchester, for grand larceny and two counts of construction fraud from June 18 through Oct. 27.

Ian Donte Williams, 19, of the 300 block of Lee Street, Strasburg, for two counts of possession of marijuana with the intent to sell or distribute and unlawful entry on Aug. 31.

Erica Lynette Barnes, of the 2400 block of Martinsburg Pike, Winchester, for possession of marijuana while a prisoner, three counts of credit card theft, two counts of credit card forgery and two counts of grand larceny from Aug. 23 through Sept. 2.

Misael Leal-Gonzalez, of the 200 block of Mountain Lake, Paris, for driving under the influence three or more times in 10 years and hit-and-run on Aug. 19.

Adam Douglas Childs, 29, of the 2300 block of Stoneridge Road, Winchester, for conspiring to sell or distribute heroin and selling or distributing heroin on Dec. 14, 2011.

Reginaldo Castaneda-Correa, 65, of the 1200 block of Baker Lane, Winchester, for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of ammunition as a convicted felon on Nov. 28.

Tammy Darlene Sine, 47, of the 200 block of Forest Lake Drive, Stephens City, for failure to appear in court on Nov. 15.

Maria Elena Moreno Alei, of the 100 block of Williamson Place, Winchester, for three counts of forging a public record on Feb. 25.

Kelly Lynn Zydelis, 46, of the 200 block of Forest Lake Drive, Stephens City, for grand larceny on Dec. 19, 2011.

Roy Frank Johnson Jr., 36, of Cross Junction, for selling or distributing methadone on June 22.

Walter Carl Wieland, 47, of the 2700 block of Copp Road, Strasburg, for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of cocaine, three counts of distribution of cocaine, 57 counts of check forgery, 57 counts of check uttering and 54 counts of taking money under false pretenses from Oct. 11, 2011, through March 27, 2012.
