Frederick County hands up November indictments

WINCHESTER — The following people were indicted by the grand jury of Frederick County at its November session:

William Russell Carroll II, 26, of the 100 block of Wollston Drive, Winchester, for possession of heroin on Aug. 5.

Donald Joseph Kerns, 42, of the 1400 block of South Pleasant Valley Road, Winchester, for driving a vehicle after being declared a habitual offender on July 21.

Justin Todd Robinson of the first block of Morland Drive, Winchester, for driving under the influence three or more times within 10 years on July 6.

Kenneth Carlton Pyne, 40, of the 100 block of TJ Longerbeam Drive, Millville, W.Va., for possession of cocaine on July 13.

Curtis John Fredericks, 27, of the 200 block of Crooked Run Road, Mount Jackson, for eluding police on July 29.

Daniel Reed Lloyd, 41, of the first block of Carter Lane, Inwood, W.Va., for possession of cocaine on July 13.

Melvin Lashawn Murray, 25, of the 200 block of Beechwood Drive, Bluemont, for forging a public record on May 18.

Ashley Nicole Wittig, 24, of the 100 block of Nottoway Drive, Stephens City, for possession of methadone on June 27.

Mark Allen Orndorff, 43, of the 5300 block of Middle Road, Winchester, for obtaining money by false pretense on Dec. 9, 2011.

Justin Raymond Sewell Shearer, 27, of the 100 block of Quarter Drive, Bunker Hill, W.Va., for possession of oxycodone and acetaminophen on Aug. 7.

Bryan Andrew VanMetre, 66, of the 500 block of Shape Charge Road, Martinsburg, W.Va., for grand larceny on Feb. 6.

Adam Tyler Whitacre, 29, of the 300 block of Warm Springs Road, Winchester, for possession of heroin on May 17.

Jennifer Rae Franklin, 40, of the 500 block of York Avenue, Winchester, for petty larceny on July 13.

Carlos Correa Briones, 18, of the 2000 block of Fairfax Pike, White Post, for following too closely and hit-and-run on July 2.

Joshua Thomas Smith, 21, of the 1500 block of Ropp Drive, Martinsburg, W.Va., for breaking and entering, grand larceny and destruction of property on March 1.

Kyle Austin Beers, 23, of the 100 block of Netherfield Court, Winchester, for possession of oxycodone and uttering a public record on Aug. 4.

Robert Lee Johnson, 50, of the 1600 block of Woodstock Lane, Winchester, for two counts of carnal knowledge and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor on Dec. 29, 2011.

Elizabeth Louise Ritter, 41, of the 5400 block of Specks Run Road, Bunker Hill, W.Va., for embezzlement on Jan. 1 through April 30, possession of heroin, possession of hydrocodone and possession of carisoprodol on April 17.

Stacy Lynn Ashley, 27, of the 300 block of Fawn Road, Gore, for destruction of property and neglect on July 25.

Ian Patrick McDonald, 23, of the 100 block of Seneca Chase Court, Sterling, for possession of lisdexamfetamine and possession of heroin on June 7, and possession of heroin on June 23.

Christopher Michael Reap, 23, of the 100 block of Fort Collier Road, Winchester, for three counts of grand larceny on Aug. 8, Aug. 12 and Sept. 1.

Lewis Eugene McFarland III, 19, of the 3600 block of Green Springs Road, Winchester, for driving under the influence and possession of marijuana on March 31.

Matthew Wayne Killian, 27, of the 3700 block of Apple Pie Ridge Road, Winchester, for breaking and entering and grand larceny on July 6, and breaking and entering, grand larceny of a firearm and possession of a firearm by a felon on July 13.

Denis A. Gromadsky, 38, of the 2900 block of West 5th Street, Brooklyn, N.Y., for three counts of credit card fraud, one count of credit card theft, two counts of credit card forgery and three counts of obtaining goods by false pretense on Aug. 6.

Levi Cody Clark, 20, of the 300 block of Border Drive, Hedgesville, W.Va., for breaking and entering, destruction of property and grand larceny on March 1.

Nikki Danielle Brady, 23, of the 200 block of Connector Road, Martinsburg, W.Va., for breaking and entering and grand larceny on July 6, and breaking and entering and grand larceny of a firearm on July 13.

Brenda Darlene Berry, 55, of the 1000 block of Sunnyside Drive, Winchester, for three counts of selling or distributing cocaine, possession of cocaine and two counts of possession of a synthetic cannabinoid on June 6, June 20 and July 18.

Michael Paul Thomas, 28, of the 4500 block of Martinsburg Pike, Clear Brook, for driving under the influence three or more times in 10 years and driving while license suspended on July 7.

Michael Paul Ritter, 31, of the 100 block of Academy Street, Berryville, for 11 counts of breaking and entering, 11 counts of grand larceny, three counts of grand larceny of a firearm and three counts of possession of a firearm by a felon from Sept. 3, 2010, to Nov. 16, 2010.

Steven Paul Anderson, 34, of the 300 block of Charge Court, Martinsburg, W.Va., for failure to appear on Nov. 1.

Jose Miguel Diaz Ramos, 22, of the 100 block of Little River Drive, Winchester, for carnal knowledge on May 1 through July 14.

Christopher Nelson Payne, 23, of the 400 block of Fegan Road, Bunker Hill, W.Va., for breaking and entering on May 29 and being charged with a felony offense on the same day as being required to appear before the General District Court on July 17.

Celso Ignacio Lopez Santos, 29, of the 100 block of Country Park Drive, Winchester, for four counts of selling or distributing cocaine on July 5, July 11, July 27 and Aug. 2.

Marvin Robert Hutchinson, 41, of the 1900 block of Martinsburg Pike, Winchester, for possession of oxycodone, possession of marijuana and selling or distributing oxycodone and acetaminophen on Aug. 7.
