WINCHESTER — A man who was believed to be dead when found in a vehicle in the 1000 block of South Kent Street Friday is alive.
According to a search warrant filed Tuesday in Winchester Circuit Court, the man was found just before 3 p.m. unresponsive and slumped over the dash of a vehicle with a West Virginia registration.
The search warrant — which was executed Friday — states that the man remained unresponsive at Winchester Medical Center.
The man in the vehicle is not from Winchester, and according to his wife, had no reason to be in the city, the warrant states.
His current condition remains unclear.
