Sauce, dressing recipes

These recipes were provided by Anna Chen of the Okinawa Hibachi Sushi & Sake Lounge:

Seafood Sauce

1/2 pound butter

4 ounces ketchup

60 ounces mayonnaise

28 ounces oranges, peeled and blended

4 ounces celery, blended

8 ounces honeydew, blended

21/2 ounces hot sauce

In a large container, mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate overnight before serving.

House Ginger Dressing

4 ounces mayonnaise

4 ounces roasted sesame seeds, blended

4 ounces sugar

4 ounces sesame oil

20 ounces ginger, blended

40 ounces oranges, blended

8 ounces apples, blended

12 ounces celery, blended

4 ounces vinegar

In a large container, mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
