Suspects sought for detonating explosive devices

The Winchester Police Department is investigating the detonation of explosive devices.

On Dec. 6, witnesses in the area of Fairmont Avenue reported that four males wearing dark clothing threw bottles that exploded in the roadway on Fairmont Avenue at the city limits and then got into two vehicles and left the area.

The suspects’ vehicles were described as a silver Volkswagen Passat and a black truck with excessive lights.
