WINCHESTER — A Pennsylvania woman was arrested Sunday night after she allegedly walked into a local restaurant and took off her top.

Holly Marie Wright, 31, of Meadville, is charged with drunk in public and indecent exposure.

City police were called to Mr. Noodle and Rice at 19 Weems Lane about 9:30 p.m. for a welfare check on Wright, who was in the restaurant without her shirt on.

According to police department spokeswoman Lauren Cummings, officers encountered the topless woman at the back of the business.

An employee at the restaurant, who declined to give her name, said Wright had been at Buffalo Wild Wings — located at 5 Weems Lane — where she apparently got into a fight with her boyfriend.

Wright then walked into Mr. Noodle and Rice “and randomly took her shirt off,” before proceeding to the bathroom to cry, the employee said.

“She was completely topless,” the employee said, adding that it’s her understanding that the woman wasn’t wearing a bra. “My boss had to cover her up with an apron.”

The employee said it was after hours at the restaurant when Wright walked in. She added that no patrons were present; only the boss and a friend were there.

Cummings said it’s unclear why the woman took her top off.

Wright was arrested and taken to the Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center but, according to a jail official, is no longer there.
