Try this banana cake

The following recipe was provided by Ileana Middelhof of Stephens City.
Moist Banana Cake
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
11⁄2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
21⁄2 teaspoons cinnamon
4 eggs
11⁄2 cups vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
5 or 6 over ripe bananas,
mashed
1 cup chopped walnuts
(optional)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Grease and flour a 9-by-13-inch pan. Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix sugar, oil, and eggs; beat in the flour mixture. Stir in bananas and walnuts.
Bake for 40 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
