Try this recipe at home

The following recipe was provided by Ana Villalta of Stephens City, co-owner of Latin America Restaurant in Winchester.
Churrasco Nica
6 8-ounce center cut tenderloin steaks
1 cup water
1 cup olive oil
1⁄2 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon flour
5 tablespoons salt
6 cloves garlic
3 green bell peppers
1⁄2 tablespoon oregano
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
Put all ingredients except steak in a blender and puree. Pour into a bowl, coat steaks in sauce on both sides and then grill on high for about seven minutes on each side.
Serve with white rice and fried plantains for a traditional Nicaraguan meal.
