Crystal had three state track titles and a state runner-up performance in cross country during her final season at Millbrook.
Millbrook High School’s Crystal Nelson won the Group AA indoor state title in the 3,200 meters in February and then went on to win the 1,600 and 3,200 state titles on the same day at the Group AA state outdoor track meet in Harrisonburg June 2.
