Shipping containers stack up at the Virginia Inland Port. The state is accepting applications for privatizing the port until Aug. 13.
FRONT ROYAL — The commonwealth is considering privatizing its ports, including the Virginia Inland Port on Winchester Road (U.S. 522) and those in the Hampton Roads area.
