John Christoph, who recently earned his private pilot’s license through Randolph Macon Academy’s flight program, stands near a model F-35 Lightning II plane Monday in the Front Royal school’s Stan Fulton Hall. The model plane was given to the academy by Lockheed Martin at its June 2 graduation.
