General Medicare Part D Day: Rescheduled for Wednesday November 14th
On Wednesday November 14th from 8am to 3pm students at the Bernard J Dunn School of Pharmacy will be hosting Medicare Part D Day. Open enrollment for Medicare Part D begins on October 15th. The purpose of this event is to help people in the community enroll or re-evaluate their Medicare Part D plan. Students will be available during this time to assist participants in choosing a Medicare Part D plan. It will be important for participates to bring their Medicare card (if re-enrolling) and a complete medication list. The event is open to the community and will be held at the Pharmacy School (1775 North Sector Court Winchester VA, 22601). Please call 540-678-4398 if you have any questions.

“RAVENSCROFT” OPENS NOVEMBER 2nd WINCHESTER, VA… An unusual death has occurred at “Ravenscroft” the second show of the 84th season at Winchester Little Theatre. Written by Don Nigro, “Ravenscroft” is a dark-comedy in which a group of vibrant and quirky characters will leave you second-guessing the definition of truth. The production runs November 2-4, 8-11 and 15-17. Curtain times are 8:00 pm Thursday - Saturday, and 2:00 pm on Sundays. Tickets are $18.75 for adults, $16.75 for seniors and $14.50 for students. The Apollo Civic Theatre, 128 E. Martin St., Martinsburg, WV, presents "All I Really Need To Know I Learned In Kindergarten" November 9-18. Based on Robert Fulghum's best-selling books, "Kindergarten" takes a funny, insightful and heartwarming look at what is profound in everyday life. Audiences will be treated to a unique combination of theatrical storytelling in revue format with monologues, dialogues and multiple voice narration enhanced through the use of live piano underscoring. The colorful characters in these stories celebrate our very existence, from the whimsy of childhood to the wisdom of old age. Performances are November 9-11 and 16-18.
