|General||2013 National Sheepdog Finals
The National Sheepdog Finals is held to crown the best working sheepdog and handler team in the USA and Canada. The dogs and handlers you will see come from farms and ranches far and wide. They have earned the right to step on the Finals field through their successes at local sheepdog trials through the year. Come see these fine animals do what they have been bred for over the generations. It is very spectator friendly and truly showcases the agriculture lifestyle. Thousands of attendees will witness the true beauty of the working relationship between man and dog. Other attractions will include duck herding and wool spinning demonstrations, educational classes on Border Collies and Border Collie rescue, drug and bomb sniffing dog demonstrations, seminars on hobby farming, and vendor fare.
