TOMATO & GARLIC TASTEFEST
Saturday, September 4 • 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
Celebrate the distinctive flavors of the many varieties of tomatoes and garlic that you can grow in your own garden at this festive event. This day will include tastes of products made with tomatoes and garlic; vendors selling garlic and tomato-related foods, gifts, and kitchen gadgets; cooking demonstrations using tomatoes and garlic; presentations about the history of growing tomatoes and garlic; and a contest for the largest tomato and bulb of garlic grown in the Valley. Along with bragging rights, the winning contestant will receive a trophy and a one-year Membership to the MSV. Check the MSV website for details about this delicious day!
Tastefest is free to all. Admission applies for gallery, house, and garden tours.
