MSV Business Forum Luncheon

In an effort to introduce the region’s business community to the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley, the MSV Corporate Advisory Committee has coordinated a Business Forum Luncheon on Wednesday, Nov. 4. The special guest speaker for this fall’s inaugural event will be the Chairman of BB&T Corporation John A. Allison, IV. Recently retired as Chief Executive Officer of BB&T, Mr. Allison now teaches at Wake Forest University and travels the country sharing his ideas about the government’s role in shaping markets, the “moral foundations of capitalism,” and the government’s role in wealth redistribution. The event—sponsored by BB&T Blue Ridge Region—will feature an 11 a.m. presentation by Mr. Allison that will be followed by lunch.
