Is the court house open for divorces and/or child support orders. My ex-husband refuses to pay child support despite a legal separation and custody order where he was ordered to pay child support. No specific amount was ordered. I am disabled and desperately need child support. It cannot wait indefinitely. We were planning to divorce when this COVID-19 pandemic started. Can I at least move forward on an order for child support?
